This pavilion closed its doors on December 31, 1929, six months before the close of the exhibition, but at the request of Commissioner Carlos Cañal promised to reopen Saturday. Prior to its closure, had been held the week of Santo Domingo from 4 to November 9, 1929.

On December 13, 1934, accepted the donation surrogacy contract by the English state flag. Initially intended as the residence of Mr. Villagran agricultural engineer, responsible for the Municipal Services Parks and Gardens from 1964 to the Regional Project Office of the Minister of Public Works, to compensate the City getting the actual opening of the Isaac Peral Street. Today it houses the demarcation of state highways in Western Andalusia, Ministry of Public Works and Urban Development.

adaptation of the building as the headquarters of the various agencies, involved a major overhaul, especially in the structure and internal distribution, the last was held in 2008. Despite the modifications, there are still original parts like the arms of Diego Columbus in the main entrance.
